Josh Rogers, is a celebrity fitness trainer and former owner and creator of Results Fitness, Nashville’s premiere boutique personal fitness brand. Rogers holds a BS in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University, and his personal training and group fitness certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Josh also holds the prestigious Advanced Cancer Exercise Specialist certification through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute, as well as Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He was voted “Best Personal Trainer” by the Nashville Scene five consecutive times, and Results Fitness was awarded “Best Local Gym” by the Nashville Scene five times as well. His clientele included Country Music Superstar, Tim McGraw; Victoria Secret Super Model, Sofie Rovenstine; Olympic Gymnast Gold Medalist, Shawn Johnson; Todd and Savannah Chrisley of the hit reality show, “Chrisley Knows Best”; Pulitzer Prize winning presidential historian, Jon Meacham; and many other celebrities and well known personalities.

 

Josh was a regular TV personality on WSMV’s “Today in Nashville,” News Channel 5 Talk of the Town, and also a regular guest on the hit talk show “Pickler & Ben” discussing all things fitness. Rogers released his own workout app, WAAM, in January 2020, which included a US promotional tour. He has been featured on the Travel Channel, ESPN-The Zone, CMT, VH-1, MTV, and the USA network. His health and fitness expertise has been featured in STAR Magazine, In-Touch, Nashville Lifestyles, Pageantry Magazine, Nashville Fit Magazine, and many other publications and online services. Josh  co-owns “The CoolSpot Cryotherapy,” an active recovery center in Nashville featuring Whole Body Cryotherapy. He also has an extensive modeling background, which includes print work, commercials, music videos, and hosting gigs. Rogers is a legacy lululemon athletica ambassador. He serves on the advisory board of Survivor Fitness, the Oasis Center, & volunteers as a Big Brother.

 

In August of 2020, Josh relocated back to the Bluegrass state to make Louisville his new home. He is excited to pursue new opportunities and share his love of health and fitness with the people of the Bluegrass...
